Virtual Walk Talk Listen with Aldith Hunkar (episode 43)

June 9, 2021
Aldith Hunkar is known most notably as a former news anchor for Dutch national newscasters NOS News and NOS Children’s News.
As CEO of Hunk-arT for global freestyle multi-media journalism, she combines her talents, competences, taste for travel and passions. Working as a presenter and (live) reporter for Dutch mainstream media, combined with her creative talent to improvise, have made Aldith an all-round presenter/reporter for radio, television, internet and stage. She also prides herself on being the first camjo (fully self-sufficient camera journalist) in the Netherlands and still uses her freestyle combination of interviewing and filming in many of her video productions. Aldith’s clients value her for her high spirits, quick wit, language skills, flexibility and thorough preparations. Many have commented on her very personal touch that, they say, helped make their event or video memorable. Find more info on her website, her LinkedIn page or check out her independent TV station Poca TV (Poca is her nickname when she is traveling and means People Of Common Attitude). You can also find her on twitter. And Facebook.

I just finished participating in the Ration Challenge which means I ate the same rations as a Syrian refugee living in a camp in Jordan, based on food packs distributed by the Ration Challenge's local partner organization. By raising money, we'll help bring emergency food, hygiene kits and life-saving support to the people that need it most. It would be great if you can support me or the WALK TALK Listen team by donating by going to the Walk Talk Listen Ration Challenge page or please share the link with your network.
