Kely Nascimento works with organizations to help define a focused identity and brand story, and to create partnership opportunities that align with their objectives. Her recent work has been focused on the Sports Diplomacy and sports for development sectors. As a speaker Kely travels the world and speaks on gender and race equity in sports, and the power of storytelling in promoting equity as well as a community and trust building tool to further the Sustainable Development Goals. Kely is a content producer and the director of Warriors of a Beautiful Game, a feature documentary, as part of a global multi-platform initiative to promote women's sports and gender equality (currently in post-production).
 
Kely has lectured, presented keynotes and moderated panels in collaboration with organizations such as Yale, Barça Foundation, Cannes Lions, French Teqball Federation, Federaçao Paulista de Futebol, amongst others. She is the global Ambassador for Gondwana FC and the Global Goals World Cup, a Global Advisor at LEAD.edu and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Beyond Sport Foundation.
 
Kely and her work have been featured in The Guardian (GB), Irish Times, Folha de São Paulo (Brazil), La Marca (Spain), AS Futbol (Colombia), Guardian Phillipines, among many others. Kely is the eldest daughter of Brazilian soccer legend Pelé and founder of the Nascimento Foundation whose mission is to achieve a global understanding of peace through sports, storytelling and the arts to facilitate diplomacy and development with the principals of equality, leadership and storytelling, She aims to harness the power of her father’s legacy towards building a more equitable, peaceful, and sustainable future. Kely is a proud recipient of the Face of Change award at SAID Institute’s 8th African Diaspora Awards Ceremony. She wholeheartedly believes that it is through the understanding, owning, and sharing, of our stories that we will create a more equitable world. “Storytelling strengthens our identities, teaches us about ourselves and each other and solidifies our bonds. It fosters empathy, and solidarity, builds community and allows us to claim our narratives. Our stories are our superpowers” Kely is a 2022 TEDx WaterStreet speaker.

Robert Hahn is an experienced CEO with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit industry. He is the CEO and founder of the Central American Training Foundation (CATF) which seeks to empower the people of Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador to better prepare their region for emergencies and natural disasters through the creation of the Central American Training Center (CATC).  The Center will be a 49,000 square foot complex comprised of training rooms, a large auditorium, simulations rooms, classrooms and a state-of-the-art “Situation Room”.  The campus will include at least five acres of actual emergency simulation elements, and the property is 6 miles from the Palmerola International Airport in Comayagua. Palmerola Airport will act as the gateway hub for all of South and Central America. Currently no centralized training facility exists nor there is a region-controlled facility which trains, equips and stands ready to respond to any crisis on its own. Central America is now overly-dependent on the resources of countries from outside the region. While international cooperation and assistance will always remain important, the current situation leaves the area too reliant upon the resources, budgets and goodwill of outside governments. As the global economy staggers back from impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic, and more countries focus their efforts inward, Central America has never been more at risk. 
Robert is also the chairman of Honduras Compassion Partners Inc (HCP), along with the leadership team, he works with the gov't of the city of La Paz to improve municipal infrastructure such as the Women's Empowerment and Entrepreneurship, revitalizing the city-wide water system, up-grading medical facilities, firefighter training and equipping, and outfitting the school system. HPC also has a strong grassroots arm which has sent over 2,000 people on short term missions to Honduras, including medical teams. Further, he is the Senior Pastor at Chesapeake Church as well as the director of End Hunger In Calvert County Inc., a network of more than 150 partner churches, food pantries, businesses and other non-profits who are committed to feeding the hungry. This 501(c)(3) non-profit organization is Chesapeake’s major outreach ministry in our local community.

Emma Stenström is Associate Professor and Director of Center for Arts, Business & Culture (ABC) at Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden. She has always worked with bridging different spheres, in particular arts and business. Ongoing research projects include action research projects on bubble-hopping and two collaborations with the contemporary circus. 
 
Emma has received several pedagogical awards and teaches Global Challenges: Being, Global Citizenship, Global Leadership, and Sustainable Leadership. 
 
She has been Guest Professor at University College of Arts, Crafts, and Design (Konstfack) in Stockholm and served on several boards, such as the Swedish Arts Council, the Swedish Society for Crafts and Design, the International Scene for Contemporary Dance, and Stockholm University of the Arts.
 
Beside her academic career, Emma works in media. She has hosted a TV-show for Swedish Television (SVT), and is a regular columnist in the daily business paper, Dagens Industri, since twenty years.

Marty Colchamiro is one of the volunteers of The Hunger Walkathon West CROP Walk, a community event for the Oak Park, River Forest, Forest Park, Melrose Park and Maywood, IL as well as the Austin Neighborhood in Chicago, IL. Each spring they hold a "walk" and raise funds to help with hunger issues both here and around the world. In their 37th year on May 3, 2020 they held their annual CROP Hunger Walk. They raised $100,000.00 on this day, the most ever in our history, although they beat it the next year as you can hear in this podcast. Mai Ton oversees the development and execution of Fabric’s people strategy. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in tech startups and has helped various companies through IPOs and M&A transactions. She has built the entire people function at every company she has worked and has won over 14 awards for her previous companies. She formerly led the People teams at White Ops, HelloSign, Onelogin and Trulia. Instead of helping one company at a time as an internal HR leader, Mai Ton formed her own consulting business, EMP HR Consulting, where she contributes her knowledge to help many companies simultaneously. Mai’s services provide companies a clear people strategy with core structures like performance management, compensation frameworks, remote strategies and benefits programs which increase employee engagement and retention. She was named to the list of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology in 2019. Mai is a Board member of LEAP.org a non-profit organization that helps Asian Americans break the bamboo ceiling. She is an advisor to some of the newest HR technology software companies and shares her knowledge with others by speaking at various HR conferences. She received a BA in Sociology from the University of Texas, Austin.

Lori Poland is a childhood survivor of a high-profile child abuse case and has since devoted her life and career to ending child abuse and neglect as well as healing its cycles and ripple effects. She has spent her career working in mental health and the nonprofit sector as a therapist for children and families. Lori transitioned from therapy to assume the job of Executive Director for EndCAN, leveraging her background in business management and program development. The National Foundation to End Child Abuse and Neglect (EndCAN) is a nonprofit organization that raises awareness of the health, mental health and public health impacts of abuse. EndCAN focuses on funding research; investing in innovative child abuse prevention and treatment; and supporting survivors.
 
Lori travels nationally as a motivational speaker talking about possibilities after trauma, becoming a transcender, and the ripple effects of trauma on children and families. Additionally, Lori has consulted within the legal system to advocate for change in the field and to develop greater understanding.  During this podcast she talks about her book that will be release on 7/11/2022 and can be found here.
 
Her book and memoir "I Live Here" will be released soon and can be pre-ordered here. It is an intimate tale of survival, triumph, and empowerment. This inspirational memoir retells what happened during Lori’s four “missing” days, and chronicles her memories of identifying her abuser, facing his imprisonment and release, and tackling people’s sometimes-unpleasant reactions.

Rick Augsburger has worked for more than 25 years as a leader in the international development and humanitarian sector, focusing on leadership, staff resilience, program growth and strategy and is he a founding partner of the Konterra Group.
 
Prior to joining the KonTerra Group, Rick served as the deputy director of the Headington Institute (2007-2008), Director of Emergency Programs (1996-2005) and Deputy Director (2005-2007) for Church World Service, an international relief and development agency. He has a BA in Business Administration and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Leadership program in Performance Measurement and Management for Nonprofit Organizations.
 
Rick was also regional advisor for the United States Agency for International Development-OFDA in East Africa and the associate director for Mennonite Disaster Service. He brings more than twenty years of experience in humanitarian programming. He has traveled extensively working on relief and development programs in more than 70 countries. He has also led disaster rapid response teams and participated as a trainer and consultant for numerous humanitarian agencies.
 
From 2000 to 2005 Rick served as the co-chair of InterAction’s Humanitarian Policy and Practice Committee. Prior to that he was a member of InterAction’s executive board of directors and represented the U.S.-based humanitarian community on the United Nations Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) Working Group.

Eunice Kamaara is a professor of Religion at Moi University, Eldoret, Kenya, and International Affiliate of Indiana University Purdue University, Indianapolis (US). She holds MPhil in Religion, MSc. in International Health Research Ethics, and PhD in African Christian Ethics. Her three-in-one public role involves teaching/training, research, and community service. She trains on Advanced Research Methodology including Research Ethics and Integrity; Transformative Teaching and Learning; Gender Mainstreaming; Higher Education Management; Quality Management; Project Planning and Development including Monitoring and Evaluation; Adolescent Sexual/Reproductive Health; and HIV Prevention and Intervention. She conducts trans/multi-disciplinary and community participatory research on gender, character values, and holistic health, and has over 100 publications.  Eunice is passionate about translating research findings into practical development through policy influence and community uptake. She is President of the Eldoret Based Gender and Development Network (EldoGaDNet), a community participatory self-development agent. She enjoys mentoring adolescents and youth.  She has served on the  board of CWS (Church World Service) for several years and is an observer of the CWS Innovation Hub. Her public role overlaps with her private role as mother, daughter, wife, sister, aunt, neighbor, among others. She is Presbyterian by birth, Roman Catholic by marriage, and Christian by choice.
